HYPER drinks by Angelos Bafas, Cato Managing Partner, is a cocktail manifesto featuring over 80 recipes that champion hyper-local, hyper-seasonal ingredients. Written as a personal journal, this book chronicles Angelos’ evolution from exotic experimentation to championing radical simplicity and sustainability in bartending. Drawing inspiration from his previous roles launching Nipperkin Bar in Mayfair and as Group Head of Bars at Creative Restaurant Group, HYPER drinks is both a celebration of community relationships with local farmers and suppliers, and a call to action for more mindful, ethical bartending practices.
