Our ground floor bar, House of Julep, is open from 3pm Tuesday–Sunday for walk-ins.

A relaxed yet refined space dedicated to juleps and smashes, with a menu that celebrates fresh ingredients and bold flavour combinations—including our signature house cocktails.

Cato’s Basement—Colour Has Flavour

Colour Has Flavour is our bookable cocktail experience in cato’s basement, available Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm.

Inspired by synesthesia and the relationship between colour, taste and aroma, the menu is organised by hue—with each cocktail thoughtfully composed to showcase expressive, British-produce-led flavour combinations.

Bookings are available for groups up to 10 guests.

Larger Bookings & Private Hire
