Cato Alexander was renowned for his mint juleps. We want to share our passion for this classic drink with you, so join us for a night of Southern US vibes, freshly shucked oysters, and £10 mint juleps all night long.

Want to have a go at making your own julep? Here's out recipe:

  • 60ml Bourbon whiskey
  • 10ml Filtered water
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 10 Fresh mint leaves
  • 4 drops of Mint Tincture (we use in cato)
